Rekomandimi i detajuar lidhur me nivelin e transparenc\u00ebs s\u00eb Bashksi\u00eb Kam\u00ebz tregon shum\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb sesa \u201csemafori i bardh\u00eb\u201d, duke e nxjerr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb institucion \u2018lakuriq\u2019 n\u00eb hermetizmin e saj. Mosrespektimi i detyrimeve ligjore dhe rekomandimit t\u00eb Komisionerit passjell p\u00ebr bashkin\u00eb Kam\u00ebz nj\u00eb seri gjobv\u00ebniesh. N\u00eb rastin konkret titullari i institucionit, pra Kryetari Suli do duhet t\u00eb gjobitet nga 50 000 \u2013 100 000 lek\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb mosv\u00ebnies n\u00eb zbatim programin institucional t\u00eb transparenc\u00ebs t\u00eb miratuar q\u00eb prej 1 janarit 2019.
