Kjo pik\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat q\u00eb fshehet m\u00eb shum\u00eb.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\">Bashkia Kam\u00ebz nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb shquar ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb p\u00ebr respektimin e t\u00eb drejtave s\u00eb informimit. P\u00ebrkundrazi \u00ebsht\u00eb renditur nd\u00ebr bashkit\u00eb q\u00eb nuk ka pasur asnj\u00ebher\u00eb program transparence dhe vonesa t\u00eb m\u00ebdha n\u00eb dh\u00ebnien e informacionit, si dhe trajtim diskriminues ndaj disa subjekteve q\u00eb kan\u00eb insistuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb informacion publik.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\">Ardhja e kryebashkiakut Suli, p\u00ebrpos shenjave t\u00eb tjera, u shoq\u00ebrua dhe me rind\u00ebrtimin e nj\u00eb faqeje t\u00eb re zyrtare t\u00eb bashkis\u00eb Kam\u00ebz, e cila, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 \u00a0ngjyr\u00ebs s\u00eb kuqe, nuk ka sjell\u00eb asgj\u00eb t\u00eb re e p\u00ebrmbajt\u00ebsore prej tashm\u00eb nj\u00eb viti n\u00eb qeverisje. Nj\u00eb program transparence i paplot\u00ebsuar, me regjist\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb pa t\u00eb dh\u00ebna prej tetorit t\u00eb vitit 2019 dhe me informacion t\u00eb cunguar mbi koordinatorin p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e informimit, p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb fakte t\u00eb mjaftueshme q\u00eb kryetari i bashkis\u00eb s\u00eb Kamz\u00ebs t\u00eb gjobitet n\u00eb mas\u00ebn prej\u00a0 50 000 deri n\u00eb 100 000 lek\u00eb.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\">Sipas parashikimeve ligjore, Bashkia Kam\u00ebz ka pas\u00eb detyrimin q\u00eb brenda 6 muajve nga hyrja n\u00eb fuqi t\u00eb ligjit p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e informimit t\u00eb zbatoj\u00eb, t\u00eb plot\u00ebsoj\u00eb, t\u00eb publikoj\u00eb dhe t\u00eb rishikoj\u00eb programin e transprenc\u00ebs, duke mbajtur n\u00eb konsiderat\u00eb interesin e publikut p\u00ebr t\u2019u informuar. Ndryshe ka ndodhur me Bashkin\u00eb e Kamz\u00ebs, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nuk kan\u00eb mund\u00ebsuar aksesin e qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb interesuar p\u00ebr asnj\u00eb prej mbledhjeve t\u00eb k\u00ebshillit, pavarsisht k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritura nd\u00ebr muaj nga aktivist\u00eb t\u00eb qytetit.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\">Standardet e dyfishta t\u00eb ligjit r\u00ebndojn\u00eb mbi qytetarin.
