N\u00eb peticion, ata i k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb ministris\u00eb ndryshim t\u00eb skem\u00ebs s\u00eb vler\u00ebsimit, hartim t\u00eb provimeve sipas modelit t\u00eb parashtruar, publikim i \u00e7el\u00ebsit t\u00eb provimit brenda dy or\u00ebve t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimit, raport 60%\/40% mes not\u00ebs s\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebs n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb dhe not\u00ebs se provimit dhe p\u00ebrcaktim i qart\u00eb i topologjis\u00eb s\u00eb provimeve. Pas protest\u00ebs s\u00eb djeshme, ministrja Shahini akuzoi organizimin si t\u00eb inkurajuar nga opozita dhe nuk u p\u00ebrgjigj p\u00ebr asnj\u00eb nga pikat e peticionit.
