Sh\u00ebnimi i par\u00eb, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shkrim, \u00ebsht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje. Duhet n\u00ebnvizuar se distanca sociale p\u00ebrfshin jo vet\u00ebm larg\u00ebsin\u00eb, por edhe af\u00ebrsin\u00eb mes njer\u00ebzve. \u00c7do formacion shoq\u00ebror dhe \u00e7do kultur\u00eb p\u00ebrcakton sa af\u00ebr apo larg duhet t\u00eb q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb njer\u00ebzit me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin. Sociolog\u00eb e antropolog\u00eb social-kulturor\u00eb kan\u00eb dokumentuar, reflektuar e teorizuar mbi funksionet e \u201cdistanc\u00ebs sociale\u201d n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb njer\u00ebzore. Komunitetet e mbyllura (gated communities) jan\u00eb formacione urbane q\u00eb shprehin ve\u00e7imin dhe larg\u00ebsin\u00eb mes shtresave shoq\u00ebrore.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\">Masat e nd\u00ebrmarra nga qeverit\u00eb n\u00eb shum\u00eb vende t\u00eb bot\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u2019u p\u00ebrballur me Covid-19 po zbatohen n\u00eb kurriz t\u00eb shum\u00eb lirive dhe t\u00eb drejtave. Liria e l\u00ebvizjes dhe e drejta e grumbullimit po lexohen p\u00ebrher\u00eb dhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb si k\u00ebrc\u00ebnuese p\u00ebr \u201cjet\u00ebn\u201d pasi p\u00ebrhapin virusin. Bota e lir\u00eb i ka mbyllur kufinjt\u00eb. Sh\u00ebnimi i fundit \u00ebsht\u00eb mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje. Shteti, bashk\u00eb me politikat e tij profilaksike, me forc\u00ebn e ligjit, me policin\u00eb dhe ushtrin\u00eb, po k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb ruaj jet\u00ebn duke i privuar njer\u00ebzit nga liria. Pezullimi i disa t\u00eb drejtave kushtetuese e thellon edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb distanc\u00ebn mes liris\u00eb dhe njer\u00ebzve. Pavar\u00ebsisht argumenteve dhe ligjshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb akteve n\u00eb fjal\u00eb, n\u00eb shum\u00eb demokoraci t\u00eb reja dhe t\u00eb vjetra, shtetasit po krijojn\u00eb \u201cdistancim social\u201d nga parimet dhe praktika demokratike.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\">Nd\u00ebrsa, pushteti shtet\u00ebror ndodhet m\u00eb af\u00ebr, shum\u00eb af\u00ebr, madje tep\u00ebr af\u00ebr shtetasve. \u00a0Distanca mes shtetit dhe shtetasit \u00ebsht\u00eb ngushtuar duke i dh\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb parit m\u00eb shum\u00eb kontroll dhe mbikqyrje mbi t\u00eb dytin. Politikat bio-pushtetare, kontrolli mbi \u201cjet\u00ebn\u201d duke e reduktuar at\u00eb vet\u00ebm tek \u201cekzistenca\u201d, paternalizmi shtet\u00ebror, arbitrariteti n\u00eb vendimmarrje, pezullimi i t\u00eb drejtave dhe nacionalizmi profilaktik po na p\u00ebrballin me rrezikun e vertet\u00eb t\u00eb pandemis\u00eb: c\u00ebnimin e rendit demokratik dhe i bot\u00ebs s\u00eb lirive.
