Nganj\u00ebher\u00eb secila prej k\u00ebtyre fjal\u00ebve shprehen me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tjera, ose mb\u00ebshtillen me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme. P\u00ebr shembull, fjala <em>kapitaliz\u00ebm<\/em> z\u00ebvend\u00ebsohet me fjal\u00ebn <em>oligarki<\/em>, nd\u00ebrsa fjala <em>komuniz\u00ebm<\/em> mb\u00ebshtillet m\u00eb fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tjera si sistem <em>jo kapitalist<\/em>.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\">P\u00ebr dit\u00eb m\u00eb radh\u00eb kam ve\u00e7uar nj\u00eb mori shkrimesh p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar kritik\u00ebn jo vet\u00ebm t\u00eb majt\u00eb, por edhe mbrojtjen e s\u00eb djatht\u00ebs. Mendoj se k\u00ebt\u00eb veprimtari, gjendje karantine, v\u00ebzhgime, lexime me fokus gjendjen politike, ta quaj etnografi n\u00eb facebook n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb kalimtare. Koh\u00eb kalimtare mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb kalimtare n\u00eb kuptimin e par\u00eb t\u00eb shqipes, pra nj\u00eb koh\u00eb e par\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, jo historike, ama mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb koh\u00eb kalimtare drejt nj\u00eb rendi t\u00eb ri politik n\u00eb rang bot\u00ebror. N\u00eb koh\u00ebn q\u00eb jemi gj\u00ebrat plaken shpejt dhe prandaj, ndoshta shum\u00eb ide mbeten gjithmon\u00eb t\u00eb papjekura plot\u00ebsisht.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\">Kthehemi tek argumenti. Konstatohet leht\u00eb se jemi para mbrojtjes s\u00eb q\u00ebndrimeve, e jo nj\u00eb q\u00ebmtim mbi fakte q\u00eb t\u00eb mund\u00ebsojn\u00eb t\u00eb kuptosh e t\u00eb shoh\u00ebsh p\u00ebrtej. Nuk e fsheh aspak droj\u00ebn se jemi para artikulimit n\u00eb nj\u00ebr\u00ebn an\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb majte bazuar m\u00eb shum\u00eb te m\u00ebria dhe ideja e revanshit dhe nj\u00eb t\u00eb djathte mbrojt\u00ebse ose ofensive, q\u00eb mban krahun e t\u00eb fortit, jo se e beson si etik\u00eb, por t\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb djathte banale, e cila struket n\u00eb gryk\u00ebsi, dhe q\u00eb keqp\u00ebrdor ligj\u00ebrimin p\u00ebr demokracin\u00eb.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\">Ky debat \u00ebsht\u00eb i vjet\u00ebr, pavar\u00ebsisht se secil\u00ebn her\u00eb merr trajta t\u00eb reja. Nuk do t\u00eb hym\u00eb n\u00eb histori t\u00eb thell\u00eb, por dihet se komunizmi ka ardhur si nj\u00eb propozim politik i cili do t\u00eb duhet ta z\u00ebvend\u00ebsoj\u00eb kapitalizmin. N\u00eb koh\u00ebn e karantin\u00ebs ky debat \u00ebsht\u00eb intensifikuar dhe p\u00ebr shum\u00eb status-b\u00ebr\u00ebs, komentues apo analizues prokomunist\u00eb, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb situat\u00eb ideale p\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetuar se si kapitalizmi ka d\u00ebshtuar.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\">\u017di\u017eek ishte nd\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00ebt q\u00eb u angazhua n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim. N\u00eb fakt \u017di\u017eek s\u2019para e humbet rastin p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb i pari n\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrjet publike. \u017di\u017eek pasi endet n\u00ebp\u00ebr qasjet e m\u00ebparshme, duket sikur k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb na thot\u00eb \u2013 h\u00eb a ju pata th\u00ebn\u00eb? P\u00ebrfundimi, propozon <em>nj\u00ebfar\u00ebkomunizmi<\/em>. Asgj\u00eb e re, vet\u00ebm faktit se k\u00ebrkohet t\u00eb mendojm\u00eb p\u00ebr <em>nj\u00ebfar\u00ebkomunizmi<\/em>.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\">Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr v\u00ebshtrim \u00ebsht\u00eb ai ardhur nga Chomsky. Nj\u00eb em\u00ebr i till\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebn t\u00eb ndalosh para dijeve q\u00eb ai ka d\u00ebshmuar, por sapo d\u00ebgjon intervist\u00ebn e tij, kupton se dhe ai mbron nj\u00eb tez\u00eb t\u00eb kahershme \u2013 tregu ka d\u00ebshtuar, neoliberalizmi ka d\u00ebshtuar. Shija q\u00eb t\u00eb l\u00eb intervista e tij, \u00ebsht\u00eb pak a shum\u00eb si e lexoi nd\u00ebrhyrjen e Nato-s n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Shembujt q\u00eb merr Chomsky flasin shum\u00eb. Psh, thot\u00eb se a e pat\u00eb shembullin e Kub\u00ebs, ata derguan mjek\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndihmuar. Nuk i ka shkuar n\u00eb vesh se dhe Shqip\u00ebria ka d\u00ebrguar mjek p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndihmuar! Lavdrimi i Kub\u00ebs flet shum\u00eb.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\">Autor\u00ebt q\u00eb kan\u00eb themeluar apo propozuar ide p\u00ebr t\u00eb lexuar bot\u00ebn e kan\u00eb pak t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb rishqyrtojn\u00eb teorin\u00eb e tyre, biles jo pak raste nguten t\u00eb kapin nj\u00eb rast e t\u00eb thon\u00eb \u201c<em>ja pra q\u00eb kisha t\u00eb drejt\u00eb<\/em>\u201d. \u00a0K\u00ebshtu b\u00ebri pak a shum\u00eb dhe Agamben p\u00ebr gjendjen e jasht\u00ebzakonshme. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb i gjith\u00eb ky debat zhvillohet n\u00eb nj\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb avancuar, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo virtuale, e nuk mund t\u00eb them se \u00ebsht\u00eb merit\u00eb e nj\u00eb bote tregu, por nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb e besoj se \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb bot\u00eb e cila t\u00eb jep mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb hysh n\u00eb dialog ose s\u00eb paku t\u00eb jesh receptues i gjith\u00eb k\u00ebtyre ideve, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb bot\u00eb e kreativitetit njer\u00ebzor.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\">Komunizmat teorik, pavar\u00ebsisht se shfaqen me trajta si marksist\u00eb, jo-marksist, e majt\u00eb e re, etj etj, p\u00ebrbashkohen te kritika ndaj kapitalizmit. Dallojn\u00eb mes tyre te tipologjit\u00eb e luft\u00ebs ndaj tij, por nuk na ofrojn\u00eb ndonj\u00eb ide shum\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb se me \u00e7far\u00eb duhet ta z\u00ebvend\u00ebsojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb regjim. Qarkullojn\u00eb ide nga stalinizmi i hapur ose jo, te socializmi demokratik e deri tek anarkizmi, por s\u00ebrish, n\u00eb secilin variant, kur vjen puna n\u00eb praktik\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtja nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb aq e leht\u00eb.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\">Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb as e leht\u00eb t\u00eb hidhen posht\u00eb kritikat, ndaj kapitalizmit t\u00eb eg\u00ebr, e aq m\u00eb pak kur kapitalizmi rr\u00ebshqet n\u00eb Oligarki. Ekziston nj\u00eb mbrojtje e s\u00eb djatht\u00ebs ndaj ideve t\u00eb s\u00eb majt\u00ebs s\u00eb re, apo t\u00eb majtave \u00a0duke i klasifkuar n\u00eb form\u00ebn m\u00eb inferiore t\u00eb mundshme. P\u00ebr nj\u00eb t\u00eb djatht\u00eb, n\u00eb facebook, apo n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn virtuale e kam fjal\u00ebn gjithmon\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb e leht\u00eb t\u00eb kritikohet e majta e shfaqur po aty, duke e quajtur at\u00eb marksiste, enveriste, apo thjesht\u00eb komuniste. Puna \u00ebsht\u00eb se, t\u00eb kritikosh t\u00eb majt\u00ebn vet\u00ebm duke e skajuar te pikat e saj t\u00eb dob\u00ebta nuk b\u00ebn dhe aq pun\u00eb. Nuk b\u00ebn pun\u00eb p\u00ebr disa arsye. \u00a0Nuk b\u00ebn pun\u00eb sepse t\u00eb majt\u00ebt nuk fyhen shum\u00eb po t\u2019i quash marksist\u00eb, e ndoshta pak m\u00eb shum\u00eb enverist\u00eb, por n\u00eb fund t\u00eb fundit jo dhe aq. Madje disa ndjehen krenar\u00eb. Nuk hezitojn\u00eb t\u00eb ta thon\u00eb, edhe pse n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri do t\u00eb ishte dashur q\u00eb komunist\u00ebt t\u00eb kishin hyr\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb reflektim shum\u00eb her\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb thell\u00eb se n\u00eb shum\u00eb vende t\u00eb tjera. Ata q\u00eb nuk distancohen qart\u00eb dhe plot\u00ebsisht prej komunizmit aplikuar n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, e gjith\u00eb atij n\u00eb Bllokun Socialist, duhej t\u00eb ndiheshin si nazist\u00ebt n\u00eb Gjermani.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\">Si mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb i drejt\u00eb nj\u00eb regjim q\u00eb beson n\u00eb sundimin e nj\u00eb klase, dhe pse klasat e shtypura paskan moralin dhe t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb shtypur k\u00ebdo tjet\u00ebr? E k\u00ebtu nuk ec\u00ebn m\u00eb ideali, pa hyr\u00eb fare p\u00ebr praktikimin e k\u00ebsaj ideje.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\">N\u00eb sensin e prestigjit akademik, e majta e vjet\u00ebr dhe e re, ka marr\u00eb e do t\u00eb marr\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb pesh\u00eb, sepse n\u00eb akademin\u00eb bashk\u00ebkohore kritika si qortim publik, ka marr\u00eb dhen\u00eb. T\u00eb kritikosh ata q\u00eb jan\u00eb me pushtet \u00ebsht\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb nj\u00ebfar\u00eb heroizmi, dhe e majta ka marr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb lloj stime t\u00eb heroizmit kulturor n\u00eb vende per\u00ebndimore. Po arsyeja kryesore se p\u00ebrse e majta sot ofron nj\u00eb kritik\u00eb n\u00eb parim t\u00eb drejt\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr faktin se kapitalizmi bashk\u00ebkohor, si shpesher\u00eb n\u00eb histori, ka degraduar n\u00eb oligarki.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\">Oligarkia, ka nj\u00eb regjiment t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb mbrojt\u00ebsish, q\u00eb ta b\u00ebjn\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb pun\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndar\u00eb mbrojt\u00ebsit e kapitalizmit me mbrojt\u00ebsit e oligarkis\u00eb. Dallimi mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet n\u00ebse, mbrojt\u00ebsi i kapitalizmit i jep prioritet liris\u00eb apo pasurimit t\u00eb paskrupullt, kreativitetit apo nj\u00eb regjimi bazuar te spekulimi, dhe m\u00eb kryesorja n\u00ebse fol\u00ebsi e beson demokracin\u00eb si fush\u00eb t\u00eb ushtrimit t\u00eb liris\u00eb dhe dinjitetit njer\u00ebzor, apo jo?<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\">Aplikimi i demokracis\u00eb, do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb fush\u00eb sociale ku ushtrohet nj\u00eb kultur\u00eb q\u00eb inkurajon dijen, lirin\u00eb, kreativitetin, por nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb nuk e l\u00ebshon veten as n\u00eb tiranin\u00eb e shumic\u00ebs, ose t\u00eb populizmit, e as n\u00eb kurthin e faktit: t\u2019ia dal\u00eb kush t\u2019ia dal\u00eb.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\">Nj\u00eb rend demokratik e ka shqet\u00ebsim nd\u00ebrtimin e kultur\u00ebs s\u00eb gar\u00ebs, por nuk harron detyrimin p\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur at\u00eb q\u00eb nuk mundet, nuk p\u00ebrbuz barazin\u00eb n\u00eb dinjitetin njer\u00ebzor, nuk b\u00ebn l\u00ebshime n\u00eb lirit\u00eb e veta, dhe nuk b\u00ebn l\u00ebshime p\u00ebr lirit\u00eb e tjetrit.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\">Oligarkia bashk\u00ebkohore ka nd\u00ebrtuar ligjin e hekurt t\u00eb saj, p\u00ebr t\u00eb huazuar nj\u00eb term nga teorit\u00eb klasike t\u00eb teoris\u00eb politike. N\u00eb rend global dhe n\u00eb rend komb\u00ebtar. Hap\u00ebsirat e tregut e t\u00eb liris\u00eb vet\u00ebm sa po ngushtohen \u00e7do dit\u00eb, ose thuajse ato ekzistojn\u00eb vet\u00ebm n\u00eb informalitet. Thuajse \u00e7do kritik\u00eb e nd\u00ebrtuar mbi oligarkin\u00eb, q\u00ebndron sepse ajo v\u00ebrtetohet nga p\u00ebrditshm\u00ebria jon\u00eb. Nga monopolet n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimet e autobuzave, tek agjensit\u00eb telefonike, te taksa mbi Rrug\u00ebn e Kombit, te praktika e ligjeve private si\u00e7 ndodhi te \u00e7\u00ebshtja e Teatrit Komb\u00ebtar, si\u00e7 ka ndodhur para k\u00ebsaj qeverie me monopole t\u00eb tjera, si\u00e7 ka ndodhur e po ndodh me \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e HEC-ve, e plot e plot tema t\u00eb tjera.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\">Aq shum\u00eb fakte ka pro k\u00ebsaj teorie, saq\u00eb gati nuk ka nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb zihet m\u00eb n\u00eb goj\u00eb. M\u00ebgjithat\u00eb p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb do t\u00eb ishte shum\u00eb m\u00eb e ndershme t\u00eb shtohet dhe fakti se ky regjim nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb kapitalizmi ideal e as q\u00eb b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb t\u00eb heqim vija paralele me faktin se ne vet\u00eb e k\u00ebrkuam nj\u00eb regjim t\u00eb till\u00eb. Oligarkit\u00eb dhe regjimet kapitaliste q\u00eb nuk garantojn\u00eb lirin\u00eb dhe dinjitetin njer\u00ebzor nuk kan\u00eb fare t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me demokracin\u00eb.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\">Kritika ndaj s\u00eb majt\u00ebs, ndaj asaj t\u00eb shfaqur sidomos dekad\u00ebn e fundit nd\u00ebr ne, \u00ebsht\u00eb se fjal\u00ebt <em>demokraci<\/em> dhe <em>liri <\/em>thuajse i ka hequr fare nga fjalori, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb ka shum\u00eb d\u00ebshir\u00eb t\u00eb intensifikoj\u00eb fjal\u00ebn <em>oligarki<\/em>. Nuk besoj se duke e th\u00ebn\u00eb si fjal\u00eb, do t\u00eb rregullohet vetiu \u00e7do gj\u00eb, por n\u00ebse kjo nuk ndodh at\u00ebher\u00eb kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me nj\u00eb t\u00eb majt\u00eb totalitariste e cila flirton me rendet demokratike vet\u00ebm si faza kalimtare, pra deri sa ta marrin pushtetin.\u00a0 Nj\u00eb t\u00eb majt\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb e ka provuar njer\u00ebzimi. Nj\u00eb e majt\u00eb q\u00eb mbron vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb klas\u00eb apo q\u00eb shpik vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb klas\u00eb nuk do shum\u00eb mend t\u00eb kuptohet se \u00ebsht\u00eb e paimagjinat\u00eb sociale, larg ideve t\u00eb liris\u00eb dhe diversitetit, e n\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb af\u00ebr apo \u00ebsht\u00eb krejt totalitariste. E till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb e djatht\u00eb q\u00eb mbron vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb klas\u00eb apo nj\u00eb grup oligark\u00ebsh.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\">Kritika q\u00eb marksist\u00ebt drejtojn\u00eb ndaj liberal\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb se ata i quajn\u00eb shpejt e shpejt ose si p\u00ebrkrah\u00ebs t\u00eb nj\u00eb relativizmi kulturor, ose si nj\u00eb b\u00ebrtham\u00eb e statu qou-s\u00eb. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb pjesa e r\u00ebndomt\u00eb edhe e debatit t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre dit\u00ebve. Puna \u00ebsht\u00eb se kultura totalitariste dhe pro oligarkike, \u00ebsht\u00eb problematike sepse e p\u00ebrjashton dialogun, ose duke mos e pranuar, ose duke e keqp\u00ebrdorur deri n\u00eb skajshm\u00ebri. P\u00ebrjashtimi i dialogut \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtim i mund\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr politik\u00eb e p\u00ebr nj\u00eb kultur\u00eb demokratike.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\">I djathti dhe i majti, sidomos n\u00eb vende si Shqip\u00ebria, duhet t\u00eb shqet\u00ebsohen shum\u00eb nga oligarkia dhe totalitarizmi, pasi jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb rrezikohet n\u00eb thelb gjith\u00eb spektri i idealeve rreth liris\u00eb apo p\u00ebr lirin\u00eb dhe barazin\u00eb, por edhe se e lejon spektrin m\u00eb negativ t\u00eb s\u00eb djatht\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb s\u00eb majt\u00ebs. Shikoni me kujdes, a ndryshon nj\u00eb qeveri e majt\u00eb apo e djatht\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb fakt drejtohet nga rendi oligarkik. Asgj\u00eb, ve\u00e7 flukseve q\u00eb vet\u00eb ligji i hekurt i oligark\u00ebve imponon. Mendoj se k\u00ebt\u00eb veprimtari, gjendje karantine, v\u00ebzhgime, lexime me fokus gjendjen politike, ta quaj etnografi n\u00eb facebook n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb kalimtare. Ekziston nj\u00eb mbrojtje e s\u00eb djatht\u00ebs ndaj ideve t\u00eb s\u00eb majt\u00ebs s\u00eb re, apo t\u00eb majtave \u00a0duke i klasifkuar n\u00eb form\u00ebn m\u00eb inferiore t\u00eb mundshme. P\u00ebr nj\u00eb t\u00eb djatht\u00eb, n\u00eb facebook, apo n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn virtuale e kam fjal\u00ebn gjithmon\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb e leht\u00eb t\u00eb kritikohet e majta e shfaqur po aty, duke e quajtur at\u00eb marksiste, enveriste, apo thjesht\u00eb komuniste. Puna \u00ebsht\u00eb se, t\u00eb kritikosh t\u00eb majt\u00ebn vet\u00ebm duke e skajuar te pikat e saj t\u00eb dob\u00ebta nuk b\u00ebn dhe aq pun\u00eb.
