Sot u zhvillua seanca e tret\u00eb parap\u00ebrgatitore n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Administrative Tiran\u00eb p\u00ebr kund\u00ebrshtimin e hec-eve n\u00eb Parkun Komb\u00ebtar \u201cLur\u00eb- Mali i Dej\u00ebs\u201d, n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Zall-Gjo\u00e7aj, Mat. T\u00eb pranish\u00ebm mbi 30 banor\u00eb, aktivist\u00eb dhe qytetar\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb u mblodh\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces, pas 2 shtyerjesh p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb munges\u00ebs s\u00eb firm\u00ebs koncensionare Seka Hydropower.<\/span>
Edhe pse gjyqi u zhvillua n\u00eb n\u00ebnt\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebngjesit, orar i pap\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb udh\u00ebtojn\u00eb nga larg, banor\u00ebt edhe sot, si shum\u00eb her\u00eb t\u00eb tjera p\u00ebrshkruan rreth 200 km n\u00eb or\u00ebt e para t\u00eb m\u00ebngjesit p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm n\u00eb seanc\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>

N\u00eb mes, as jasht\u00eb dhe as brenda, t\u00eb indinjuar prej padrejt\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe pamund\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb proces si\u00e7 ua garanton ligji shqiptar, u vet\u00ebp\u00ebrmbajt\u00ebn dhe pranuan t\u00eb q\u00ebndronin n\u00eb pritje vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr hir t\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb seanc\u00ebs, por duke ua rikujtuar n\u00ebpun\u00ebsve t\u00eb gjykat\u00ebs q\u00eb her\u00ebs tjet\u00ebr nuk do t\u00eb toleronin shkelje t\u00eb tilla.<\/span><\/p>

N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb seanc\u00ebs avokatja Dorina Ndreu u shpreh se k\u00ebsaj radhe u diskutuan vet\u00ebm pretendimet e pal\u00ebve dhe k\u00ebrkesat kryesore t\u00eb tyre. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb marr\u00eb ende vendimi i nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebm p\u00ebr caktimin e mas\u00ebs s\u00eb siguris\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb munges\u00ebs s\u00eb nj\u00eb gjyqtari t\u00eb tret\u00eb i cili pritet t\u00eb zgjidhet me short n\u00eb dit\u00ebt n\u00eb vazhdim, dhe q\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb do t\u00eb njoftohen pal\u00ebt. Kjo procedur\u00eb gjyq\u00ebsore dhe ftesa p\u00ebr t\u00eb pritur deri n\u00eb seanc\u00ebn e radh\u00ebs nuk u mir\u00ebprit nga banor\u00ebt padit\u00ebs, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt u shpreh\u00ebn: \u00a0\u201cNa jena ba me e marr at\u00eb \u00e7adr\u00ebn e rezistenc\u00ebs nga Zall-Gjo\u00e7aj dhe me e vendos\u00eb n\u00eb oborrin e gjykat\u00ebs.
