Prishjet e bizneseve t\u00eb vogla, d\u00ebbimet e banor\u00ebve p\u00ebrmes politikave zhvillimore, privatizimi dhe shfryt\u00ebzimi i burimeve ujore; t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto nuk jan\u00eb thjesht akte teknike, por p\u00ebrshfaqje t\u00eb fuqizimit dhe legjitimimit t\u00eb atyre q\u00eb studiuesja e sociologjis\u00eb dhe ekonomis\u00eb s\u00eb globalizmit Saskia Sassen i quan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">formacione grabitqare<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (predatory formations)<sup>1<\/sup>.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> K\u00ebto formacione operojn\u00eb si nj\u00eb aleanc\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet kapitalit financiar, shtetit dhe sistemit ligjor. Ama n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet rr\u00ebnjosjes s\u00eb politikave t\u00eb tjet\u00ebrsimit e stigmatizimit, vendi si dhe njer\u00ebzit diferencohen lehtsh\u00ebm, e p\u00ebr pasoj\u00eb dhe trajtimi i tyre. Gardhi i par\u00eb t\u00eb ngrihet n\u00eb gjuh\u00eb.<\/b><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Nd\u00ebr k\u00ebta \u201c100 arkitet\u00ebt e mir\u00ebnjohur nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb q\u00eb punojn\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri\u201d t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ai p\u00ebrmend, jan\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e pavijonit shqiptar n\u00eb Bienalen e Arkitektur\u00ebs n\u00eb Venecia 2025<sup>2<\/sup>.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Ky pavijon, q\u00eb pretendon t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb reflektimi kritik, n\u00eb fakt \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb aren\u00eb q\u00eb i sh\u00ebrben logjik\u00ebs s\u00eb kolonialitetit t\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve pushtetore. Pavijoni me titullin <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Building Architecture Culture<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> eksporton nj\u00eb imazh t\u00eb nj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrie n\u00eb zhvillim, ku \u201ckultura e re\u201d e nd\u00ebrtimit shihet si prova e progresit dhe e suksesit t\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrjeve territoriale t\u00eb projektuara p\u00ebr investitor\u00eb t\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm vendas e t\u00eb huaj nga \u2018star-arkitekt\u00eb\u2019 t\u00eb importuar. Megjithat\u00eb, ky p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsim n\u00eb bienalen e arkitektur\u00ebs nuk thot\u00eb asgj\u00eb p\u00ebr pro\u00e7eset e p\u00ebrjashtimit dhe xhentrifikimit q\u00eb e b\u00ebjn\u00eb t\u00eb mundur k\u00ebt\u00eb zhvillim polarizues, q\u00eb fuqizon m\u00eb t\u00eb fuqishmit e dob\u00ebson m\u00eb t\u00eb dob\u00ebtit. Projektet e p\u00ebrzgjedhura, q\u00eb shpesh p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb transformime t\u00eb hap\u00ebsirave publike, nd\u00ebrtime luksoze urbane e turistike, shfaqen pa kontekstin politik dhe social q\u00eb i rrethon, pa trupat e jet\u00ebt njer\u00ebzore q\u00eb jan\u00eb shp\u00ebrngulur forc\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr t\u2019i l\u00ebn\u00eb vendin estetik\u00ebs s\u00eb re.
