Qiraxhi theksoi nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb shteti po keqp\u00ebrdor\u00eb buxhetin duke mos investuar n\u00eb ambiente artistike dhe kulturore p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt.
