Duke ringjallur shpres\u00ebn p\u00ebr drejt\u00ebsi tek banor\u00ebt q\u00eb prej vitesh enden n\u00eb gjykata, shqyrtimi i k\u00ebtyre \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve do t\u00eb \u00e7oj\u00eb n\u00eb vendime t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme lidhur me t\u00eb gjitha veprimet e institucioneve shtet\u00ebrore q\u00eb ndon\u00ebse Parku Komb\u00ebtar Zall-Gjo\u00e7aj ishte fakt i kryer, ose m\u00eb s\u00eb paku n\u00eb kryerje, lejuan nd\u00ebrtimin e digave mbi lumenjt\u00eb Flim e Urak\u00eb. Shembull i qart\u00eb i shkeljeve \u00ebsht\u00eb leja e nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb HEC-eve e miratuar nga KKT n\u00eb mars t\u00eb 2019 kur tashm\u00eb isht\u00eb konfirmuar zonimi i Zall-Gjo\u00e7aj si Park Komb\u00ebtar si pjes\u00eb e bashkimit m\u00eb Parkun e Lur\u00ebs n\u00eb n\u00ebntor t\u00eb nj\u00eb vitit m\u00eb par\u00eb.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Sipas vendimeve t\u00eb gjyqtar\u00ebve, shqyrtimi n\u00eb dhom\u00ebn e k\u00ebshillimit nis q\u00eb n\u00eb muajin e ardhsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb dyja \u00e7\u00ebshtjet. Alta Koleci, aktiviste nd\u00ebr m\u00eb t\u00eb z\u00ebshmet n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb Zall-Gjo\u00e7aj, u shpreh se edhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb pranimi i k\u00ebrkesave p\u00ebr p\u00ebrshp\u00ebjtim ngjall shpres\u00eb dhe ndjesi t\u00eb mira. Ndjesi t\u00eb cilat uron t\u2019i ndiej\u00eb edhe kur t\u00eb vij\u00eb puna p\u00ebr marrjen e vendimeve.<\/span><\/p>

Pas shum\u00eb koh\u00eb pritje, po shohim q\u00eb Gjykata ka nisur t\u00eb l\u00ebviz\u00eb p\u00ebr Zall-Gjo\u00e7ajn. Kjo na jep shpres\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha vendimet e marra nga shkat\u00ebrruesit e mjedisit t\u00eb zhb\u00ebhen dhe lumi t\u00eb rrjedhi i lir\u00eb. Si\u00e7 e tham\u00eb edhe n\u00eb protest\u00eb jav\u00ebn e kaluar, kurr\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb von\u00eb p\u00ebr drejt\u00ebsi k\u00ebshtuq\u00eb edhe pse e dim\u00eb q\u00eb shqyrtimi i p\u00ebrshpejtuar do t\u00eb zgjas\u00eb p\u00ebr shum\u00eb muaj mbase, prap\u00eb i g\u00ebzohemi q\u00eb drejt\u00ebsia nisi t\u2019i shpluhuros\u00eb dosjet tona. N\u00eb k\u00ebto k\u00ebrkesa parashtrohet q\u00eb <\/span>vonesa n\u00eb shqyrtimin e k\u00ebsaj \u00e7\u00ebshtjeje do t\u00eb sillte si rezultat pasoja t\u00eb pashmangshme, pasi nd\u00ebrtimi i dy HEC-ve brenda nj\u00eb zone e cila ka q\u00ebn\u00eb Park Komb\u00ebtar n\u00eb koh\u00ebn kur jan\u00eb miratuar aktet administrative objekt gjykimi, fakt i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb pranuar edhe nga pal\u00ebt e paditura, por edhe nga Gykata, do t\u00eb shkaktonte d\u00ebme t\u00eb pakthyeshme n\u00eb ekonomi, n\u00eb mjedis, n\u00eb ekosistem dhe n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb zon\u00ebn perreth.<\/span><\/i><\/span><\/p>

D\u00ebmet tashm\u00eb kan\u00eb nisur t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb prekshme sqarohet n\u00eb k\u00ebto k\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr p\u00ebrshpejtim dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb e provon nj\u00eb akt inspektimi i kryer n\u00eb zon\u00eb muajt e fundit.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
