Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb Edi Rama po dalldiset emergjencave tek endet periferive t\u00eb vendit, thuajse \u00e7do familje n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb pa u ndjer\u00eb ka ndar\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb veten p\u00ebr banor\u00ebt q\u00eb vuajn\u00eb nga t\u00ebrmetet. Nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e madhe e shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, diaspor\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb trojeve t\u00eb tjera po ashtu kan\u00eb ndjekur shembullin e tyre. Nuk kemi sesi t\u00eb mos e lexojm\u00eb n\u00ebntekstin e nj\u00eb ndihme t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre p\u00ebrmasave komb\u00ebtare si: \u2018nuk kemi tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb garantuar pos veteve tona; ne jemi ata q\u00eb mund ta shp\u00ebtojm\u00eb vetveten, t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt mund t\u00eb na ndihmojn\u00eb\u2019. Ka popuj q\u00eb e jasht\u00ebsojn\u00eb dhe e mir\u00ebmbajn\u00eb solidaritetin komb\u00ebtar dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar n\u00eb institucione dhe jo m\u00eb kot shtete t\u00eb ndryshme nuk hezituan t\u00eb vinin n\u00eb ndihm\u00eb pas t\u00ebrmeteve. Mir\u00ebpo, brenda kombit ton\u00eb bie n\u00eb pah ndihma popullore e pakrahasueshme me at\u00eb shtet\u00ebrore. Kur kujtojm\u00eb nivelin e lart\u00eb t\u00eb varf\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb ndjeshm\u00ebrin\u00eb ton\u00eb konceptuale mund ta shprehim me p\u00ebrkufizimin e psikoanalistit Jacques Lacan p\u00ebr dashurin\u00eb: \u2018t\u00eb jap\u00ebsh at\u00eb q\u00eb nuk ke dikujt q\u00eb nuk e do\u2019. E th\u00ebn\u00eb shqip \u2018buk\u00eb e krip\u00eb e zem\u00ebr\u2019, ku zemra q\u00ebndron p\u00ebr munges\u00ebn q\u00eb ka dhuruesi dhe p\u00ebr gjith\u00e7ka q\u00eb i jep nevojtarit.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\">Ky fenomen i jashtzakonsh\u00ebm i shtohet tez\u00ebs s\u00eb Albin Kurtit se shqiptar\u00ebt jan\u00eb si komb shum\u00eb i fuqish\u00ebm, por n\u00ebp\u00ebr shtete t\u00eb dob\u00ebta. Nga nj\u00ebra an\u00eb vet\u00ebdija jon\u00eb komb\u00ebtare tregoi se \u00ebsht\u00eb radikalisht solidare dhe e ndjeshme ndaj njer\u00ebzis\u00eb shqiptare, por nga ana tjet\u00ebr tenton t\u00eb mbuloj\u00eb humner\u00ebn e institucioneve shtet\u00ebrore n\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitjes, paraprirjes dhe financimit t\u00eb domosdosh\u00ebm p\u00ebr to. Nj\u00eb vet\u00eborganizim i till\u00eb popullor me natyr\u00eb barazitare dhe anarkike n\u00ebse do ta mir\u00ebmbaj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fuqi t\u00eb vetvetes do t\u00eb duhet t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb nj\u00eb hap m\u00eb tutje organizativisht dhe t\u00eb institucionalizohet, kodohet dhe ritualizohet. N\u00eb bashkimin komb\u00ebtar, p\u00ebrshembull, pik\u00ebrisht mund\u00ebsia p\u00ebr t\u2019i dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00ebri-tjetrit do t\u00eb ishte shum\u00eb her\u00eb m\u00eb e madhe dhe m\u00eb e fort\u00eb. Nj\u00eb popull q\u00eb ndihmon vetveten n\u00eb k\u00ebto p\u00ebrmasa \u00ebsht\u00eb gati p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar nj\u00eb shtet me institucione q\u00eb i p\u00ebrgjigjen nevojave dhe d\u00ebshirave t\u00eb tij.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\">Ndihmat, nga ana tjet\u00ebr, nuk duhen marr\u00eb si t\u00eb barazvlefshme. Duhet b\u00ebr\u00eb dallimi klasor mes anonimitetit t\u00eb qytetarit t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb dhe gjith\u00ebpranis\u00eb s\u00eb pronar\u00ebve t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj t\u00eb pasurive tona t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta. Behgjet Pacolli \u00ebsht\u00eb minist\u00ebr n\u00eb detyr\u00eb i Rep. s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs mir\u00ebpo sillet si privat duke premtuar para nga xhepi i tij. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb Bulqiz\u00eb greva e minator\u00ebve vazhdon prej m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb jave sepse kompania e Samir Manes ka pushuar kryetarin e nj\u00eb sindikate t\u00eb sapothemeluar prej minator\u00ebve, mediat shp\u00ebrndan\u00eb n\u00eb iso lajmin se Mane dhuron miliona pas t\u00ebrmetit. Shefqet Kastrati veproi po nj\u00eblloj pasi u b\u00ebn\u00eb kritika se po p\u00ebrfitonte nga qarkullimi i kamion\u00ebve t\u00eb ndihmave drejt Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve drejt Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebrmes traut t\u00eb tij n\u00eb Kuk\u00ebs. Nj\u00eb dit\u00eb m\u00eb pas, biznesmeni i \u00e7uditsh\u00ebm e krejt <em>kitsch<span style=\"color: #000000\"> Gjergj Luca <\/span><\/em>mblodhi fe e biznese p\u00ebr t\u00eb kritikuar Albin Kurtin q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb kund\u00ebr monopoleve dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur kapitalizmin e monopoleve. B\u00ebrtiste si t\u00eb ishte duke iu shembur biznesi nga t\u00ebrmeti se donte t\u00eb b\u00ebhej oligark si Kastrati e Mane. <sup>1 <\/sup>Nd\u00ebrsa deputeti socialist dhe biznesmeni Vullnet Sinaj ndihmoi me fjal\u00ebt, \u201cPopulli ka nj\u00eb shprehje: nga ai q\u00eb ka, nuk vjen e keqja, por e mira. Kryetarit i them, ve\u00e7 asaj rrog\u00ebs do t\u00eb t\u00eb jap\u00eb dhe 100 milion\u00eb lek\u00eb nga llogaria ime personale\u2019<em>.<\/em> Donacionet e m\u00ebdha private me em\u00ebr mbiem\u00ebr jan\u00eb gj\u00ebja e par\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u dyshuar. Kontradikta dallohet te Kastrati kur thoshte, \u2018e kam dh\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb \u00e7ast urdh\u00ebrin e mosmarrjes s\u00eb asnj\u00eb kok\u00ebrr leku nga askush q\u00eb ka kaluar n\u00ebp\u00ebr Rrug\u00ebn e Kombit p\u00ebr ndihm\u00eb. Pa b\u00ebr\u00eb asnj\u00eb publicitet, sepse gjithmon\u00eb kam ecur me parimin: \u201cKur ndihmon nj\u00eb rob t\u00eb Zotit n\u00eb nevoj\u00eb, duhet ta shoh\u00eb ve\u00e7 ai lart!\u201d. Un\u00eb dhe familja ime kemi ndar\u00eb 1.5 milion\u00eb euro q\u00eb kjo dhimbje e madhe t\u00eb leht\u00ebsohet sado pak\u2019. Kastratit nuk ia ndjen p\u00ebr kontradiktat e t\u00eb folurit t\u00eb tij, sesi fjalia i b\u00ebhet l\u00ebmsh n\u00eb fyt, sepse Kastrati ka paran\u00eb sistem tretjeje.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\">Hannah Arendt shkruante mbi mir\u00ebsin\u00eb se, \u2018mir\u00ebsia qartazi e v\u00ebshtir\u00ebson nj\u00eb tendenc\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u fshehur dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos u dukur. . . Sepse dihet se n\u00eb momentin kur nj\u00eb pun\u00eb e mir\u00eb b\u00ebhet e ditur dhe publike, e humbet karakterin e saj specifik t\u00eb mir\u00ebsis\u00eb, e t\u00eb b\u00ebrit p\u00ebr asgj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr pos p\u00ebr hir t\u00eb s\u00eb mir\u00ebs. Kur\u00a0 mir\u00ebsia shfaqet haptazi, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00ebsi, edhe pse mund t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb e dobishme si bamir\u00ebsi e organizuar ose si nj\u00eb akt solidariteti. . . Mir\u00ebsia mund t\u00eb ekzistoj\u00eb vet\u00ebm kur nuk merret me mend, edhe prej vet\u00eb autorit; kushdo q\u00eb e merr me mendt e tij se po b\u00ebn nj\u00eb pun\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i mir\u00eb, por n\u00eb rastin m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb nj\u00eb an\u00ebtar i dobish\u00ebm i shoq\u00ebris\u00eb. . . . \u201cLe t\u00eb mos e dij\u00eb dora e majt\u00eb se \u00e7far\u00eb b\u00ebn e djatha\u201d.<sup>2<\/sup> Ndihma \u00a0private e spektakolare e k\u00ebtyre personave tenton t\u00eb mbuloj\u00eb bindjen e gjith\u00ebpranuar se qoft\u00eb nga normaliteti qoft\u00eb nga katastrofa Shqip\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri ndarja klasore e t\u00eb cil\u00ebs ve\u00e7 po ashp\u00ebrsohet e thellohet (e njohur me gjuh\u00ebn liberale si oligarki) ku vet\u00ebm soji i Maneve e Kastrat\u00ebve po ia shohin hajrin.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\">Nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb brenda nesh na t\u00ebrheq p\u00ebr krahu tek na thot\u00eb se kjo zi komb\u00ebtare duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb e shenjt\u00eb, se duhet t\u2019i vajtojm\u00eb viktimat pa folur, se ngritja e akuzave dhe t\u00eb menduarit mbi gjendjen e tyre dhe vdekjen e tyre ting\u00ebllon blasfeme. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb pjes\u00eb ton\u00ebn \u00e7do akt i t\u00eb menduarit \u00ebsht\u00eb skandaloz meq\u00eb duket sikur t\u00eb menduarit i instrumentalizon njer\u00ebzit; t\u00eb menduarit n\u00eb vetvete p\u00ebrcaktohet si abstrakt dhe rrjedhimisht lind dyshimi se n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb d\u00ebshire po vihet ky i menduar abstrakt, apo \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht\u00eb nj\u00eb d\u00ebshir\u00eb p\u00ebr mendim. Mir\u00ebpo, vajtimi, ky akt i domosdosh\u00ebm q\u00eb na mund\u00ebson raport t\u00eb jasht\u00ebm me vdekjen me vazhdu jet\u00ebn, \u00ebsht\u00eb pamund\u00ebsuar nga performanca publike e Kryeministrit Rama.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\">Sfera jon\u00eb publike ka degraduar m\u00eb keq sesa druajtja liberale brenda nesh. Kushdo q\u00eb e sheh si sillet Kryeministri n\u00ebp\u00ebr katastrof\u00eb me banor\u00ebt e kupton q\u00eb aty vajtimi pamund\u00ebsohet. N\u00ebse n\u00eb nj\u00eb sken\u00eb teatri nj\u00eb aktor sillet rrotull katastrof\u00ebs si\u00e7 sillet Rama ajo tragjedi do t\u00eb d\u00ebshtonte. Asnj\u00eb vajtimore nuk do ta kishte duruar sjelljen e tij prej pala\u00e7oje p\u00ebrreth vajit te tyre. N\u00eb nj\u00eb bised\u00eb mes miqsh kuptova se Kryeministri jon\u00eb nuk di as t\u00eb ngush\u00eblloj\u00eb dhe as t\u00eb vajtoj\u00eb, nj\u00eb sjellje kjo para-ose-post themeleve t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrive njer\u00ebzore.<sup>3<\/sup> K\u00ebtu merr kuptim brutal teza e Sllavoj Zizek se p\u00ebrse filmat m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb mbi holokaustin jan\u00eb komedi, sesi ta trajtosh p\u00ebrmes tragjedis\u00eb katastrof\u00ebn e kampeve t\u00eb p\u00ebrqendrimit nuk ia mb\u00ebrrin ta rrok\u00ebsh n\u00eb asht at\u00eb. T\u00eb shfarosurve t\u00eb kampeve u shfarosej edhe dinjiteti i mundsh\u00ebm epik i nj\u00eb p\u00ebrballje p\u00ebrfundimtare tragjike me armikun.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\">Kjo v\u00ebnie n\u00eb dyshim e vet\u00eb t\u00eb menduarit mbi katastrof\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht ajo q\u00eb do ta ndaloj\u00eb fare mendimin. Vet\u00eb vdekja dhe dhimbja jan\u00eb limite t\u00eb cilat ia l\u00ebn\u00eb vendin pyetjes se \u00e7\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u b\u00ebr\u00eb tani e mbrapa, kuja p\u00ebr t\u2019u menduar sepse jan\u00eb t\u00eb pamjaftueshme n\u00eb vetvete. N\u00ebse duam ta mbajm\u00eb pran\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb katastrof\u00eb me dhimbjen e saj do t\u00eb na duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb nj\u00eb hap p\u00ebrpara dhe ta mendojm\u00eb, interpretojm\u00eb dhe t\u2019i japim dometh\u00ebnien specifike q\u00eb do t\u00eb ket\u00eb pasur p\u00ebr ne. Tashm\u00eb edhe ne si shqiptar\u00eb e kemi t\u00eb qart\u00eb se nj\u00eb histori e treguar mbi pushtetin me fytyr\u00ebn e Ram\u00ebs duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb tej tragjike.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\">Viktimave m\u00eb s\u00eb pari dhe pa hezitim ua kemi detyrim q\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebm\u00eb n\u00eb pah p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb sistemike dhe individuale p\u00ebr nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj katastrofe, p\u00ebrndryshe sillemi sikur ato kan\u00eb qen\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb tashm\u00eb t\u00eb vdekur. Ua kemi detyrim t\u00eb mendojm\u00eb rr\u00ebnj\u00ebsisht gjendjen ton\u00eb politike duke qen\u00eb se \u00ebsht\u00eb e nj\u00ebjta ende me t\u00eb tyren. Tregimi i historis\u00eb s\u00eb tyre, pse kan\u00eb banuar n\u00eb at\u00eb zon\u00eb, se kush \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimet dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr rreziqet e anashkaluara jan\u00eb e vetmja m\u00ebnyr\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ruajtur dinjitetin e jet\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre dhe jet\u00ebve tona. P\u00ebrndryshe, e pranojm\u00eb se jet\u00ebt tona jan\u00eb leht\u00ebsisht t\u00eb vrasshme. Trupat tan\u00eb sillen si mish p\u00ebr top, si zombi, t\u00eb vdekur p\u00ebr s\u00eb gjalli n\u00eb makinerin\u00eb e \u00e7ak\u00ebrdisur t\u00eb kapitalizmit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Futja masive e kokave n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi dhe n\u00ebn objekte t\u00eb pagarantuara na kujtojn\u00eb pamjet e fabrikave industriale bujq\u00ebsore ku lop\u00ebt, pulat dhe kafsh\u00ebt e tjera i mbajn\u00eb truplidhur nga lindja deri n\u00eb vdekje p\u00ebr t\u2019i vrar\u00eb kur ezaurohet prodhimi i tyre. Na kujtojn\u00eb skenat e filmit \u2018Salo\u2019 t\u00eb Pasolinit \u00a0ose sken\u00ebn e famshme t\u00eb Schindler\u2019s List ku nga ballkoni nazisti vret sipas tek\u00ebs aspak epike, si p\u00ebr snobiz\u00ebm e p\u00ebr \u00e7nderimin e t\u00eb burgosurit n\u00eb kampet e p\u00ebrqendrimit.<sup>4<\/sup><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\">N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pik\u00eb, p\u00ebrball\u00eb k\u00ebsaj katastrofe natyrore dhe psiko-politike, shtrohet pyetja se ku mund t\u00eb mbahemi. E ku tjet\u00ebr pos pas insistimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrjetsh\u00ebm te drejt\u00ebsia, insistimit te p\u00ebrmasa ngjarj\u00ebsore e jet\u00ebs, insistimit n\u00eb ruajtjen e t\u00eb qenurit t\u00eb njeriut, n\u00eb mbar\u00ebvajtjen e mund\u00ebsive t\u00eb pafund\u00ebta t\u00eb tij dhe n\u00eb realizimin e pafund\u00ebm t\u00eb tyre nga nj\u00eb mobilizim total barazitar mes njer\u00ebzish. Asgj\u00eb nuk na mban bashk\u00eb pos drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb barazi dhe barazis\u00eb n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi. Njer\u00ebzimi ekziston p\u00ebr t\u00eb ftilluar k\u00ebto dy koncepte, p\u00ebr ta avancuar at\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrmes tij vetveten.
