Aktivist\u00ebt e Zall-Gjo\u00e7aj ashtu si \u00e7do seanc\u00eb tjet\u00ebr qen\u00eb t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm edhe dje n\u00eb sall\u00ebn e Gjykat\u00ebs Administrative t\u00eb Apelit. Pas nj\u00eb udh\u00ebtimi qindra kilometrik, Abdi To\u00e7i dhe Adem Xhokola mezi prit\u00ebn nisjen e zhvillimit t\u00eb debateve mes pal\u00ebve dhe q\u00ebndrimet e trup\u00ebs gjykuese. Trupa gjykuese e vler\u00ebsoi t\u00eb drejt\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsueses s\u00eb Ministris\u00eb dhe u vendos q\u00eb punimet e saj t\u00eb shtyhen p\u00ebr dat\u00ebn 25 shtator. Me pes\u00eb padi t\u00eb ngritura prej tyre dhe kall\u00ebzime n\u00eb SPAK p\u00ebr zyrtar\u00ebt firm\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb shkat\u00ebrrimit t\u00eb Parkut Komb\u00ebtar, ata pothuajse n\u00eb secilin proces jan\u00eb ndeshur me zvarritje n\u00eb gjykatat shqiptare. Gjykata Administrative e Apelit ende mban n\u00eb sirtar\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e themelit p\u00ebr pezullimin e akteve t\u00eb pushtetit lokal e q\u00ebndror q\u00eb kan\u00eb lejuar nd\u00ebrtimin e HECit Zais n\u00eb zon\u00eb t\u00eb mbrojtur.
