Edicioni i 16-t\u00eb i Panairit Ballkanik Anarkist t\u00eb Librit \u00ebsht\u00eb nje ngjarje kulturore unike, q\u00eb do t\u00eb mbahet n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb datat 5, 6 dhe 7 Korrik t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti. Ky panair ka si q\u00ebllim t\u00eb sjell\u00eb n\u00eb fokus trash\u00ebgimin\u00eb kulturore t\u00eb Ballkanit dhe t\u00eb promovoj\u00eb ideologjin\u00eb anarkiste n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet veprave letrare, botimeve e publikimeve si dhe bisedave publike. Aktivitetet, panelet diskutive dhe prezantimet e librave, motivojn\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb panair nj\u00eb debat intelektual dhe nj\u00eb ambient stimulues p\u00ebr lexuesit e librit n\u00eb rajonin e Ballkanit. Pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit dhe lexuesit do t\u00eb ken\u00eb mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb shk\u00ebmbejn\u00eb idet\u00eb e tyre mbi lirin\u00eb, drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb sociale dhe anarkin\u00eb si ideologji.<\/span><\/p>

N\u00eb nj\u00eb diskutim t\u00eb mbajtur n\u00eb qendr\u00ebn e Bulevard Art and Media Institute mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb panair, nj\u00eb prej aktivist\u00ebve pjes\u00eb e grupit Anarko-Sindikalist n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, u shpreh se q\u00ebllimi kryesor i k\u00ebsaj thirrjeje nuk jan\u00eb librat, megjith\u00ebse mbeten pjes\u00eb shum\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, por \u00ebsht\u00eb ideja e nj\u00eb pik\u00ebtakimi p\u00ebr anarkist\u00ebt nga i gjith\u00eb Ballkani dhe pse jo, nga e gjith\u00eb bota. <\/span><\/p>

N\u00eb lidhje me historin\u00eb e k\u00ebtyre grupeve aktivisti shprehet: <\/span><\/p>

\u201cGjat\u00eb luftrave t\u00eb viteve \u201890 n\u00eb Jugosllavi, sidomos gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs Serbi-Kroaci, u krijuan grupe q\u00eb komunikonin duke ndar\u00eb pak\u00ebnaq\u00ebsit\u00eb q\u00eb kishin. Ata arrinin t\u00eb komunikonin n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet letrave, t\u00eb cilat vononin rreth 2-3 jav\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur n\u00eb destinacion.\u00a0 Pas luft\u00ebs, k\u00ebto grupe u b\u00ebn\u00eb bashk\u00eb, u bashkuan n\u00eb konsultime, dhan\u00eb mesazhe antinacionaliste dhe antimilitariste.\u201d<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>

Libri \u201cThe Balkan Anarchist Network\u201d i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb i shkruar n\u00eb 8 gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme, tregon m\u00eb shum\u00eb n\u00eb lidhje me historin\u00eb e k\u00ebtij grupimi q\u00eb u kthye n\u00eb nj\u00eb bashkim dhe l\u00ebvizje afatgjat\u00eb. Antipolitika dhe Literatura Anarkiste jan\u00eb dy librat e tjer\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb jen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e panairit. Ai shton se se sjellja e panairit n\u00eb qytetin e Prishtin\u00ebs i ka p\u00ebrballur me nj\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr informim t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve, pasi shumica nuk e dinin se p\u00ebr \u00e7far\u00eb b\u00ebhej fjal\u00eb. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb ata vendos\u00ebn t\u00eb zhvillonin prezantime n\u00eb prespektiv\u00ebn ballkanike, ku kan\u00eb pasur takime n\u00eb Shkup, Sarajev\u00eb, Podgoric\u00eb dhe s\u00eb fundmi n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>

\u201cN\u00ebp\u00ebr takime t\u00eb ndryshme, vum\u00eb re disa qasje dhe njer\u00ebz t\u00eb cil\u00ebt e gjenin interesante k\u00ebt\u00eb l\u00ebvizje, por nuk kishin njohuri. Aty e pam\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme organizimin e nj\u00eb pune n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb, sepse si mund t\u00eb flasim kund\u00ebr nacionalizmit dhe militarizimit pa u marr\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb me kauz\u00ebn ton\u00eb?\u201d<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>

Teksa flet p\u00ebr aspektet pozitive, nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr aktivist thekson se ky panair n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend ku flitet shqip, do t\u00eb ndihmoj\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb njohje m\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb t\u00eb l\u00ebvizjeve t\u00eb ndryshme anarkiste me realitetin e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb ton\u00eb, dhe m\u00eb specifikisht me problemet politike. Ai thekson shpres\u00ebplot\u00eb se k\u00ebto l\u00ebvizje do iu sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbysur iden\u00eb e gabuar p\u00ebr anarkist\u00ebt si njer\u00ebz q\u00eb duan t\u00eb shkat\u00ebrrojn\u00eb \u00e7do gj\u00eb.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u201cK\u00ebto ide q\u00eb kemi mbartur e shp\u00ebrndar\u00eb n\u00eb rrjetet sociale, na kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebsohemi nga disa si \u201c k\u00ebta anarkist\u00eb q\u00eb duan t\u00eb shkat\u00ebrrojn\u00eb \u00e7do gj\u00eb\u201d. Tashm\u00eb k\u00ebta anarkist\u00eb kan\u00eb arritur t\u00eb organizojn\u00eb evente me 200-300 njer\u00ebz\u201d.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>

Nevoja p\u00ebr informim t\u00eb gjer\u00eb mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb ideologji, q\u00eb nuk p\u00ebrqafohet kollaj nga t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, solli grupime t\u00eb tjera ndjek\u00ebsish n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. Prezantimi i ideve anarkiste, modelit t\u00eb organizimit t\u00eb panairit dhe zgjerimit t\u00eb trajtimit t\u00eb tem\u00ebs s\u00eb qasjes anarkiste edhe n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e p\u00ebrditshme social-politike, p\u00ebrcolli mesazhin e qart\u00eb q\u00eb njer\u00ebzit mund t\u00eb nd\u00ebrveprojn\u00eb dhe t\u00eb solidarizohen me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin pavar\u00ebsisht q\u00ebndrimeve politike t\u00eb ndryshme. Si p\u00ebrvijim i shtys\u00ebs politike p\u00ebr t\u2019u b\u00ebr\u00eb bashk\u00eb dhe kushtit faktik t\u00eb pamund\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb saj, u trajtua edhe \u00e7\u00ebshtja e Palestin\u00ebs, e cila qartazi \u00ebsht\u00eb ftesa q\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb lir\u00eb duhet t\u00eb kalojm\u00eb nga kjo \u00e7\u00ebshtje dhe p\u00ebr t\u2019ju b\u00ebr\u00eb krah do t\u00eb duhet shum\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb koordinim n\u00eb nivel ballkanik.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
