Operimi telefonik ose ndryshe call-centre \u00ebsht\u00eb tashm\u00eb zgjidhja m\u00eb e zakonshme p\u00ebr shum\u00eb t\u00eb rinj q\u00eb duan t\u00eb punojn\u00eb dhe studiojn\u00eb nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht. Kjo fatkeq\u00ebsisht jo se ofron kushte pune m\u00eb t\u00eb favorshme, por prej disponibilitetit t\u00eb orareve dhe pagave m\u00eb t\u00eb larta n\u00eb krahasim me pagat n\u00eb pun\u00ebt e tjera m\u00eb af\u00ebr profesioneve.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\">I ftuar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb takim, Ilir Xhemalaj, kryetar i\u00a0 Sindikat\u00ebs s\u00eb Operator\u00ebve Telefonik e p\u00ebrkufizon k\u00ebt\u00eb sektor si \u201cskllav\u00ebrimin modern\u201d. Ai shprehet se shfryt\u00ebzimi n\u00eb call-centre \u00ebsht\u00eb maksimal dhe krahason numrin e telefonatave q\u00eb punonj\u00ebsi duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebnte dikur me numrin q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb sot, ku nga 7 telefonata p\u00ebr or\u00eb, numri \u00ebsht\u00eb rritur n\u00eb 120 telefonata p\u00ebr or\u00eb. Sipas p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebs q\u00eb ai bashk\u00ebndau, tashm\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishm\u00ebm kualiteti i telefonat\u00ebs n\u00eb raport me klientin, por norma e tyre p\u00ebr n\u00eb or\u00eb.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\">Teksa flet p\u00ebr kushtet e pun\u00ebs, Xhemalaj shprehet se p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb li\u00e7enc\u00ebn n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sektor duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbush\u00ebsh disa kritere n\u00eb lidhje me ambientin n\u00eb pun\u00eb sic jan\u00eb izolimi akustik, hap\u00ebsira e q\u00ebndrimit minimalisht 1m e 50cm, paijsja e kompjuterave me filter protektiv dhe kufje cil\u00ebsore p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e vesh\u00ebve dhe t\u00eb tjera si k\u00ebto. Pasi arrit\u00ebn t\u00eb identifikojn\u00eb shkelje t\u00eb r\u00ebnda t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb tyre, si dit\u00eb pune apo or\u00eb shtes\u00eb t\u00eb papaguara, Ilir Xhemalaj bashk\u00eb me koleget e tij, n\u00eb vitin 2019 vendos\u00ebn t\u00eb ankohen te kompania pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebse e cila si zgjidhje ju tregoi \u2018der\u00ebn\u2019. Pas k\u00ebsaj ata u ankuan te inspektoriati i pun\u00ebs, plot 4 her\u00eb, por askush nuk i mori parasysh ankesat e tyre. Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u2019u d\u00ebgjuar ishte dhe d\u00ebrgimi i nj\u00eb peticioni me firmat e punonj\u00ebsve si dhe pezullimi nga puna, por ajo q\u00eb mor\u00ebn mbrapsht ishte vet\u00ebm k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimi p\u00ebr pushim nga puna. K\u00ebtu lindi dhe nevoja p\u00ebr krijimin e nj\u00eb sindikate.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\">Kjo sindikate e filloi veprimtarin\u00eb e saj n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb menj\u00ebhershme edhe pse p\u00ebrgjigja nga gjykata e lart\u00eb p\u00ebr miratim vonoi rreth nj\u00eb vit. Ata adresuan problematik\u00ebn e tyre n\u00eb kryeministri nga ku u kontaktuan dhe u d\u00ebrgua nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr grup insepktimi t\u00eb cil\u00ebt v\u00ebrtetuan shkeljet e kompanis\u00eb dhe i dhan\u00eb afat asaj p\u00ebr t\u00eb shlyer detyrimet ndaj punonj\u00ebsve. Kjo ishte fitorja e par\u00eb e k\u00ebsaj sindikate e cila ngjalli shpres\u00eb dhe arriti t\u00eb ishte z\u00eb p\u00ebr shum\u00eb punonj\u00ebs t\u00eb shtypur e t\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzuar n\u00eb kompanit\u00eb e operimit telefonik. Sfida m\u00eb e madhe me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn kjo sindikat\u00eb dhe t\u00eb gjitha sindikatat n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi hasin \u00ebsht\u00eb frika. Frika e humbjes s\u00eb vendit t\u00eb pun\u00ebs apo k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimeve nga pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit e tyre ka b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb disa raste punonj\u00ebsit t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb punojn\u00eb edhe kur rroga e tyre mund t\u00eb kishte 6 muaj q\u00eb nuk ishte paguar.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\">Duke qen\u00eb se puna n\u00eb call-centre nuk njihet si profesion, misioni m\u00eb i fundit i sindikat\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb njohja e profesionit, s\u00ebmundjet apo problemet sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore, v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsia n\u00eb pun\u00eb dhe mosha e pensionit. Kultura e mosbesimit n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb e ka v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsuar k\u00ebt\u00eb proces, megjithat\u00eb numri i atyre q\u00eb i drejtohen sindikatave vitet e fundit, \u00ebsht\u00eb rritur shum\u00eb n\u00eb krahasim me vitet e kaluara. I pyetur n\u00eb lidhje me numrin e t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuarve sot n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sektor, Xhemalaj tregon se numri ka r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb 15 mij\u00eb nga 30 mij\u00eb q\u00eb ka qen\u00eb para pandemis\u00eb, pasi emigracioni ashtu si n\u00eb sektor\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb ka ulur numrin edhe n\u00eb sektorin e sherbimeve. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj, sipas tij nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr ndryshim kan\u00eb pasur dhe grupmoshat q\u00eb punojn\u00eb, ku numri i mosh\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb rritur dhe n\u00eb fokus nuk jan\u00eb m\u00eb vet\u00ebm t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb, pasi shumica e tyre po largohen.<\/span><\/p><blockquote><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cUn\u00eb kam v\u00ebn\u00eb re q\u00eb njer\u00ebzit nuk ikin p\u00ebr rrog\u00eb, sepse nj\u00eb njeri q\u00eb do t\u00eb punoj\u00eb ndoshta edhe me dy pun\u00eb ia del t\u00eb ket\u00eb majftuesh\u00ebm para, por njer\u00ebzit, ikin p\u00ebr kushte m\u00eb t\u00eb mira jetese. Sindikata t\u00eb ndryshme n\u00eb vite t\u00eb ndryshme jan\u00eb krijuar pothuajse p\u00ebr \u00e7do sektor dhe profesion, por jo \u00e7do sindikat\u00eb ka mbrojtur dhe ka p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuar me korrekt\u00ebsi antar\u00ebt dhe t\u00eb drejtat e tyre, duke e humbur k\u00ebshtu rolin q\u00eb ka nj\u00eb sindikat\u00eb, p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e kushteve m\u00eb t\u00eb mira p\u00ebr pun\u00ebtor\u00ebt dhe mbrojta e interesit t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt. N\u00eb diskutimin e ngritur n\u00eb lidhje me sindikatat e vjetra dhe ato t\u00eb reja u vu n\u00eb dukje r\u00ebnd\u00ebsia e madhe p\u00ebr p\u00ebrhapjen e nj\u00eb fryme t\u00eb re n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb rritet besimi.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><blockquote><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cDuhet kuptuar zhvillimi dhe nj\u00ebfar\u00eb dinamike e re p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00eb se \u00e7far\u00eb po ndodh ndryshe nga e kaluara. Sindikatat sot kan\u00eb sfida shum\u00eb dimensionale, n\u00eb lidhje me punonj\u00ebsit, me pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit dhe presionin e tyre si dhe me sindikatat e vjetra t\u00eb cilat i shohin sindikatat e reja si nj\u00eb lloj pengese dhe ju prishin rehatin\u00eb\u201d, \u2013 <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">shprehet Plejada Gugashi e pranishme n\u00eb takimin e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb Sociale.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\">Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr diskutim u shtrua n\u00eb lidhje me financimin e k\u00ebtyre sindikatave t\u00eb reja, t\u00eb cilat t\u00eb ardhurat e tyre i kan\u00eb kryesisht nga projekte nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare. Kjo ka ardhur si pasoj\u00eb se, ndryshe nga sindikatat e vjetra t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb kontrat\u00eb kolektive me ministrit\u00eb p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse dhe kontributi i pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve iu mbahet automatikisht nga rroga, p\u00ebr sindikatat e reja \u00ebsht\u00eb pothuajse e pamundur. Prandaj nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr mision i sindikatave t\u00eb reja, \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe prishja e k\u00ebtyre marr\u00ebveshjeve t\u00eb heshtura t\u00eb cilat n\u00eb dukje mbrojn\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat e punonj\u00ebsve por n\u00eb fakt vetem p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb n\u00eb kurriz t\u00eb tyre.<\/span><\/p><blockquote><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cThelbi kryesor i sindikalizmit \u00ebsht\u00eb solidariteti. N\u00eb rast se mbahet nj\u00eb protest\u00eb n\u00eb Elbasan nga punonj\u00ebsit e pastrimit, ne si sindikat\u00eb do jemi aty p\u00ebr t\u2019i mb\u00ebshtetur edhe pse nuk ka lidhje me sektorin ton\u00eb.
