Ky akt simbolik revolte dhe indinjate nga aktivist\u00ebt, erdhi pas vendimit t\u00eb marr\u00eb nga kjo gjykat\u00eb, i cili e deklaroi marr\u00ebveshjen Rama-Meloni si kushtetuese duke i hapur rrug\u00eb ratifikimit t\u00eb saj n\u00eb Parlament.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><blockquote><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sot ishte dita e tret\u00eb q\u00eb ne protestuam para Gjykat\u00ebs dhe sapo mor\u00ebm vesh vendimin erdh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb vendosur nj\u00eb kuror\u00eb.\u00a0 Ishte shpresa jon\u00eb e fundit, ishte i vetmi institucion q\u00eb mund t\u00eb garantonte kushtetueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe demokracin\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend. N\u00eb njoftimin e publikuar Gjykata shprehet se qeveria \u00ebsht\u00eb fuqiplot\u00eb n\u00eb miratimin e k\u00ebtij protokolli dhe se sovraniteti i vendit nuk shkelet, ndon\u00ebse si marr\u00ebveshje nd\u00ebrqeveritare \u00ebsht\u00eb risi p\u00ebr praktikat gjyq\u00ebsore\u00a0 shqiptare.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><blockquote><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cGjykata vler\u00ebsoi se Traktati i Miq\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe Bashk\u00ebpunimit nd\u00ebrmjet Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Italis\u00eb, i vitit 1995 p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare kuad\u00ebr q\u00eb sipas nenit 180 t\u00eb Kushtetut\u00ebs konsiderohet e ratifikuar dhe p\u00ebrb\u00ebn baz\u00eb t\u00eb mjaftueshme q\u00eb Protokolli p\u00ebr Migracionin t\u00eb negociohej me autorizim t\u00eb Kryeministrit dhe plotfuqi t\u00eb l\u00ebshuara nga Ministri i Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Jashtme, si dhe t\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruhej prej vet\u00eb Kryeministrit.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\">Gjithashtu n\u00eb njoftim tregohet se Gjykata ka arritur n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimin se ky protokoll mes dy qeverive nuk shkel t\u00eb drejtat themelore t\u00eb njeriut dhe se kuadri ligjor i vendit ton\u00eb por edhe ai nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar garanton zbatimin e tyre.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><blockquote><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Gjithashtu, Gjykata Kushtetuese arriti edhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimin tjet\u00ebr se Protokolli p\u00ebr Migracionin nuk p\u00ebrfshihet n\u00eb kategorin\u00eb e marr\u00ebveshjeve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb parashikuara n\u00eb shkronj\u00ebn \u201cb\u201d t\u00eb pik\u00ebs 1 t\u00eb nenit 121 t\u00eb Kushtetut\u00ebs sepse n\u00eb thelb, ai nuk krijon t\u00eb drejta dhe liri t\u00eb reja kushtetuese dhe as nuk sjell kufizime shtes\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat dhe lirit\u00eb ekzistuese t\u00eb njeriut, p\u00ebrtej atyre q\u00eb parashikohen nga rendi juridik shqiptar.<\/span><\/i><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote><p style=\"text-align:
