L\u00ebvizja nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare Amnesty International ka shp\u00ebrndar\u00eb dit\u00ebn e djeshme nj\u00eb komunikat\u00eb publike<\/a> me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ajo shprehet q\u00eb marr\u00ebveshja mes Italis\u00eb dhe Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebr trajtimin e emigrant\u00ebve, i tejkalon kufijt\u00eb ligjor\u00eb dhe rrezikon t\u00eb drejtat e njeriut.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Amnesty International d\u00ebnon politik\u00ebn e vazhdueshme t\u00eb Italis\u00eb t\u00eb menaxhimit t\u00eb proceseve migratore jasht\u00eb vendit ndon\u00ebse kjo praktik\u00eb e ka treguar p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs jo-efektivitetin e vet. Kjo organizat\u00eb shprehet q\u00eb Italia vazhdon t\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00ebngul\u00eb me k\u00ebt\u00eb politik\u00eb e cila q\u00eb n\u00eb rastin e par\u00eb – marr\u00ebveshja me Libin\u00eb n\u00eb vitet 2000 p\u00ebr t\u00ebrheqjen e emigrant\u00ebve t\u00eb kapur n\u00eb det dhe vendosjen e tyre n\u00eb paraburgim –\u00a0 \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebshmuar t\u00eb jet\u00eb e paligjshme dhe me shkelje t\u00eb r\u00ebnda n\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat e emigrant\u00ebve, q\u00eb nga shfryt\u00ebzimi e p\u00ebrdhunimet deri n\u00eb humbjen e jet\u00ebs. Italia, shteti pioner i k\u00ebsaj politike, pas marr\u00ebveshjes me Tunizin\u00eb n\u00eb muajt e par\u00eb t\u00eb vitit t\u00eb kaluar ka hedhur hapat p\u00ebr hartimin e implementimin e nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjeje me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. Amnesty International mban q\u00ebndrim kund\u00ebr k\u00ebsaj marr\u00ebveshje.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Konkluzioni i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm i Amnesty International \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb marr\u00ebveshja ka shum\u00eb pak gjasa t\u00eb arrij\u00eb pritshm\u00ebrit\u00eb e deklaruara p\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrket menaxhimit t\u00eb migracionit, zbatimi i saj do t\u00eb kishte nj\u00eb ndikim negativ n\u00eb nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb drejtash t\u00eb njeriut, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn dhe integritetin fizik t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb kalojn\u00eb me v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi detin, dhe t\u00eb drejtat p\u00ebr lirin\u00eb, p\u00ebr azilin dhe p\u00ebr zgjidhjen e duhur t\u00eb personave q\u00eb transferohen n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/span><\/i><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>

N\u00eb raportin e Amnesty International p\u00ebrmendet vendimi i Gjykat\u00ebs Europiane t\u00eb t\u00eb Drejtave t\u00eb Njeriut n\u00eb vitet 2000, q\u00eb ndaloi Italin\u00eb t\u00eb shtynte emigrant\u00ebt drejt Libis\u00eb p\u00ebrmes policis\u00eb kufitare. Nj\u00eb prej k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb grupit t\u00eb deputet\u00ebve q\u00eb kan\u00eb d\u00ebrguar padi n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Kushtetuese t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebr ndalimin e ratifikimit t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjes mes qeverive italiane dhe shqiptare \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe marrja e nj\u00eb opinioni k\u00ebshillimor Gjykat\u00ebs Europiane t\u00eb t\u00eb Drejtave t\u00eb Njeriut, n\u00eb Strasburg.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

N\u00eb seanc\u00ebn e kaluar, t\u00eb mbajtur m\u00eb 18 janar, Gjykata vendosi t\u00eb rezervohet p\u00ebr t\u2019u shprehur n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb shqyrtimit gjyq\u00ebsor lidhur me k\u00ebt\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb. N\u00eb njoftimin e publikuar<\/a>, Gjykata Kushtetuese d\u00ebshmohet t\u00eb ket\u00eb marr\u00eb n\u00eb shqyrtim pretendimet e pal\u00ebve, p\u00ebrpos ato t\u00eb institucionit t\u00eb Presidentit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb pasiq\u00eb u konstatua mungesa e tyre.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
