P\u00ebr l\u00ebvizjen studentore t\u00eb dhjetorit 2018, parullat \u201cS\u2019ka negociata\u201d, \u201cJo dialogut\u201d, \u201cNuk kemi p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsi\u201d, jan\u00eb parulla t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb kryer nj\u00eb mohim ndaj p\u00ebrfytyrimit sipas t\u00eb cilit, p\u00ebrnj\u00ebher\u00eb pas lindjes s\u00eb nj\u00eb l\u00ebvizje, duhet t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunosh me pushtetin p\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebrritur ato pak gj\u00ebra praktike q\u00eb mund t\u00eb realizosh: pra, mohim i korruptimit. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebshmi e m\u00ebsimit nga d\u00ebshtimet e p\u00ebrs\u00ebritura t\u00eb l\u00ebvizjeve t\u00eb ndryshme protestuese gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre viteve n\u00eb vend \u2013 q\u00eb nga Lulzim Basha me marr\u00ebveshjen me Ram\u00ebn para zgjedhjeve e deri te raste si ai i komunitetit t\u00eb artist\u00ebve n\u00eb lidhje me Teatrin Komb\u00ebtar. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pik\u00eb zanafillore, \u201cNuk ka negociata\u201d p\u00ebrputhet me \u00e7astin anti-politik t\u00eb vet\u00eb parull\u00ebs tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb protest\u00ebs \u2013 \u201cJo politik\u00ebs\u201d. S\u00ebbashku, k\u00ebto parulla kan\u00eb kryer funksionin e largimit apo distancimit prej politik\u00ebs p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuese si dhe t\u00eb eleminimit t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsimit si t\u00eb till\u00eb, n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi dhe atij politik n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti. \u00c7arja e par\u00eb pra ishte mohimi i momentit t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimit, p\u00ebrcaktimi i t\u00eb cil\u00ebs u vendos p\u00ebr s\u00eb dyti duke mohuar negociatat. K\u00ebshtu, parulla e p\u00ebrgjithshme \u201cJo politik\u00ebs\u201d u shnd\u00ebrrua me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb, brenda disa dit\u00ebsh, n\u00eb at\u00eb specifiken \u201cJo parti, jo organizata\u201d. \u2013 A nuk ngjan ky kalim, nga p\u00ebrmohimi i nj\u00ebr\u00ebs parull\u00eb tek ai i tjetr\u00ebs, si nj\u00eb shprehje e vendosm\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb rritje e student\u00ebve \u2013 sikur po u thon\u00eb bot\u00ebs s\u00eb vjet\u00ebr politike \u201cJo!\u201d, se ata vet\u00eb jan\u00eb politika, \u201cJo!\u201d partive, se duhet t\u00eb lind di\u00e7ka tjet\u00ebr, e k\u00ebshtu me radh\u00eb?<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\">K\u00ebshtu, rreziku i korruptimit \u2013 n\u00eb terma dialektik\u00eb, devijim i djatht\u00eb \u2013 \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrkoh\u00ebsisht i anashkaluar. Kjo na \u00e7on te rreziku i dyt\u00eb, devijimi i mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb \u2013 n\u00eb terma dialektik\u00eb, devijim i majt\u00eb, mbyllje n\u00eb ide, dogmatizim izolues \u2013 i cili <em>n\u00eb dukje<\/em> nuk ka gjas\u00eb t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb nj\u00eb populizmi t\u00eb vijuar t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjes. Mir\u00ebpo kjo nuk duhet t\u00eb na g\u00ebnjej\u00eb: populizmi i majt\u00eb, i cili ushqehet nga t\u00ebrbimi dhe hidh\u00ebrimi i grumbulluar i masave i mobilizuar n\u00eb drejtimin e p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb transformimit barazimtar dhe t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, p\u00ebrkon dialektikisht me t\u00eb kund\u00ebrtin e vet q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb fragmentarizim dhe p\u00ebr\u00e7arje n\u00eb larmi grupesh t\u00eb vogla anarkike t\u00eb pakoordinauara mir\u00eb. Me heqjen e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit si nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsues kemi nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht, nga nj\u00ebra an\u00eb, shembjen e unitetit s\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebs me pjes\u00ebt e saj dhe nga ana tjet\u00ebr krijimin e lidhjes s\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb t\u00eb fragmentit t\u00eb shk\u00ebputur (studenti individual) me objekt-synimin e vet (k\u00ebrkesat teknike). P\u00ebrball\u00eb k\u00ebsaj situate \u00ebsht\u00eb gjendur l\u00ebvizja q\u00eb prej p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb afatit p\u00ebr plot\u00ebsimin e tet\u00eb k\u00ebrkesave deri n\u00eb or\u00ebn 16 t\u00eb s\u00eb mart\u00ebs, 11 dhjetor 2018, pas s\u00eb cilit do t\u00eb kishte \u201cp\u00ebrshkall\u00ebzim t\u00eb protest\u00ebs\u201d. N\u00ebn refuzimin me vendosm\u00ebri dhe nj\u00ebz\u00ebshmi n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb republik\u00ebn ndaj ofert\u00ebs p\u00ebr dialog personal e t\u00eb jasht\u00ebm me kryeministrin (i cili po lypte t\u00eb b\u00ebhej sekseri i vet\u00ebp\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimit t\u00eb atyp\u00ebratyshme t\u00eb studentit), l\u00ebvizja u gjegj me nevoj\u00ebn p\u00ebr ta palosur, p\u00ebr ta rikthyer veten te fakultetet, p\u00ebr t\u2019u vetorganizuar e dialoguar p\u00ebr s\u00eb brendshmi s\u00ebbashku me stafin pedagogjik. Kjo, dashur pa dashur, merr trajt\u00ebn e asambleve t\u00eb p\u00ebrhershme n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha nivelet q\u00eb nd\u00ebrsen l\u00ebvizje t\u00eb reja po ashtu n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha nivelet. \u2013 Pra, edhe devijimi i majt\u00eb, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn sa i p\u00ebrket dhjetorit, \u00ebsht\u00eb shmangur p\u00ebrkoh\u00ebsisht, por vet\u00ebm p\u00ebrkoh\u00ebsisht.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\">Kjo na \u00e7on te rreziku i fundit, lodhja. N\u00ebn kushtet e shmangies s\u00eb dyfisht\u00eb prej devijimeve p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse, ajo \u00e7ka mbetet \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn n\u00eb nj\u00eb aspekt t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb taktik, t\u00eb themi: ne do t\u00eb lodhemi t\u00eb fundit. Mir\u00ebpo nga nj\u00eb pik\u00ebv\u00ebshtrim m\u00eb i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm strategjik, <em>lodhja \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb e lidhur me rrafshin simbolik t\u00eb mendimit<\/em> sesa me lodhjen fizike. <em>Ka lodhje n\u00eb mendim<\/em> \u2013 imagjinata dhe inteligjenca mpaket dhe mbingopet \u2013 <em>kur<\/em> <em>nuk ka veprim<\/em> q\u00eb t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb shteg n\u00eb rrafshin simbolik. Kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb m\u00eb s\u00eb paku q\u00eb ka nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00ebsohet se \u00e7far\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb sakt\u00ebsisht rrafshi simbolik i mendimit p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb konkrete.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\">\u201cE kujt \u00ebsht\u00eb protesta?\u201d Kjo pyetje popullore mediatike q\u00eb po na lodh, e q\u00eb do mund t\u00eb shtrohej edhe m\u00eb sakt\u00eb n\u00eb polemik\u00eb: kush do ta p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsoj\u00eb protest\u00ebn, opozita dhe rendi ekzistues i politikan\u00ebve, apo do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb lind\u00eb nj\u00eb subjekt i ri, apo akoma duhet t\u00eb q\u00ebndrojm\u00eb me puritan\u00ebt q\u00eb e duan l\u00ebvizjen t\u00eb past\u00ebr e t\u00eb t\u00ebrhequr n\u00eb distanc\u00eb prej gjith\u00eb politik\u00ebs aktuale? Sidoqoft\u00eb, t\u00eb trija prej k\u00ebtyre q\u00ebndrimeve rreth pyetjes, gjejm\u00eb sidoqoft\u00eb nj\u00eb motiv q\u00eb duhet braktisur: motivi i ndryshimit t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb apo, n\u00eb rastet m\u00eb t\u00eb mira, ndryshimi i qeverisjes. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb gabim kategorik ngase ngat\u00ebrron rrafshin ku shtrihet k\u00ebrkesa e student\u00ebve dhe k\u00ebshtu nuk kupton konceptin e tyre. Student\u00ebt po thon\u00eb se ndryshimet qeveritare nuk mjaftojn\u00eb: nuk ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi se cila qeveri \u00ebsht\u00eb, duhen ndryshime sistemi n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi dhe t\u00eb sistemit arsimor n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti. \u00c7far\u00eb ndryshimesh? \u2013 Ndryshime t\u00eb atilla q\u00eb do t\u00eb sillnin kushtet p\u00ebr t\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar k\u00ebrkesat teknike. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 faktit q\u00eb politika n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi dhe qeverisja n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti nuk jan\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje q\u00eb u takojn\u00eb vet\u00ebm student\u00ebve por mbar\u00eb popullit, v\u00ebrehet nj\u00eb projektim \u2013 nga ana e masave q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb t\u00eb lidhur n\u00eb banim me universitetin \u2013 t\u00eb d\u00ebshirave t\u00eb tyre n\u00eb form\u00eb fantazie te student\u00ebt; k\u00ebshtu student\u00ebt p\u00ebrfundojn\u00eb me barr\u00eb t\u00eb dyfishuar: jo vet\u00ebm t\u00eb tyren por edhe t\u00eb shtresave dhe prurjeve t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb popullit dhe politik\u00ebs n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi. Kjo do t\u00eb ishte recet\u00eb p\u00ebr d\u00ebshtim, t\u00eb mos ishte p\u00ebr ngulmimin shembullor t\u00eb student\u00ebve se \u00e7\u00ebshtja \u00ebsht\u00eb tek universiteti.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\">K\u00ebrkesat minimale bazike por edhe themelore q\u00eb ata kan\u00eb ndaj sistemit po e turfullon vet\u00eb sistemin ngase ky nuk mundet t\u2019i plot\u00ebsoj\u00eb ato k\u00ebshtu si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb. Kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb q\u00eb kushti q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushen k\u00ebrkesat prej sistemit \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb vet\u00eb sistemi t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb sado pak p\u00ebr t\u2019i realizuar k\u00ebto. E shprehur negativisht, kjo implikon rr\u00ebzimin e ligjit mbi arsimin e lart\u00eb. Protesta kalon nga k\u00ebrkesat p\u00ebr t\u2019u plot\u00ebsuar nga sistemi te ndryshimi i sistemit q\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00ebsohen k\u00ebrkesat.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 14pt\">Por n\u00eb nj\u00eb aspekt pozitiv, lind pyetja se cili \u00ebsht\u00eb drejtimi i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb merret p\u00ebr ta rithemeluar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb universitetin. Sido q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjja e shtjelluar e k\u00ebsaj pyetje, kushti transhendental p\u00ebr t\u00eb organizuar shtrimin e k\u00ebsaj p\u00ebrgjigje mbetet i nj\u00ebjt\u00eb: ai \u00ebsht\u00eb procesi i nj\u00eb dialogu t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm \u2013 n\u00eb dallim nga monologu i jasht\u00ebm \u2013 q\u00eb ndal koh\u00ebn dhe krijon hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn e vet. Pas takimit me iden\u00eb e universitetit aty jasht\u00eb, \u00e7do fakultet p\u00ebrfundon t\u00eb reflektoj\u00eb mbi veten e t\u00eb vetorganizohet.
