Q\u00eb prej 24 n\u00ebntorit t\u00eb vitit t\u00eb kaluar, kompani \u201cSEKA Hydropower\u201d me vendim t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Lart\u00eb<\/a><\/span> nuk e ka t\u00eb licencuar prodhimin e energjis\u00eb n\u00eb HEC-in Zais. Entit Rregullator t\u00eb Energjis\u00eb iu desh t\u00eb priste m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 3 muaj p\u00ebr ta pezulluar licenc\u00ebn q\u00eb kishte miratuar n\u00eb shtator t\u00eb vitit 2020. Por edhe pas k\u00ebtij vendimi<\/a><\/span>, HEC-i Zais vazhdon ti ket\u00eb portat e mbyllura dhe uji i Lumit Flim p\u00ebrfundon n\u00eb tuba dhe jo n\u00eb shtratin e tij.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

P\u00ebr ta verifikuar n\u00eb terren k\u00ebt\u00eb vjedhje q\u00eb po kryhet dit\u00ebn p\u00ebr diell, aktivist\u00eb dhe banor\u00eb t\u00eb fshatrave t\u00eb prekur nga mungesa e ujit shkuan pran\u00eb HEC-it m\u00eb 5 mars. Diga vazhdonte t\u00eb pengonte rrjedh\u00ebn e Flimit dhe ashtu si p\u00ebrmes banderol\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitur nga aktivist\u00ebt, ngrihet pyetja: A pi uj\u00eb drejt\u00ebsia?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u201cNe arrit\u00ebm deri k\u00ebtu. Fituam t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn n\u00eb tri shkall\u00eb gjyq\u00ebsore, Administrative, t\u00eb Apelit dhe n\u00eb Gjykat\u00eb t\u00eb Lart\u00eb. E kjo gjykat\u00eb ka mbi 4 muaj q\u00eb ka marr\u00eb vendim q\u00eb firma nuk ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb prodhoj\u00eb energji elektrike me k\u00ebt\u00eb uj\u00eb. Vendimi i gjykat\u00ebs nuk po zbatohet, prandaj edhe erdh\u00ebm ne sot k\u00ebtu. Aktivist\u00ebt e angazhuar n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e mbrojtjes s\u00eb Parkut Komb\u00ebtar Zall-Gjo\u00e7aj, situat\u00ebn e krijuar me vendime gjyq\u00ebsore t\u00eb marra por jo t\u00eb zbatuara e gjejn\u00eb si absurde dhe dekurajuese. Pas shum\u00eb padish t\u00eb ngritura dhe dhjet\u00ebra seancave gjyq\u00ebsore q\u00eb kan\u00eb prodhuar dhe vendime n\u00eb favor t\u00eb tyre, gjend\u00ebn n\u00eb nj\u00eb realitet pa asnj\u00eb rezultat.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

HEC me uj\u00eb t\u00eb pijsh\u00ebm, kompania do t\u00eb ket\u00eb pasoja\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>

Abdi Do\u00e7i dhe Adem Gjokola, dy banor\u00eb nga m\u00eb t\u00eb z\u00ebshmit n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje mjedisore pasi m\u00eb s\u00eb pari pin\u00eb uj\u00eb nga rrjedha e lumit treguan p\u00ebr v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsin\u00eb e t\u00eb kuptuarit sesi nj\u00eb lum\u00eb me uj\u00eb t\u00eb pijsh\u00ebm mund t\u00eb thahet dhe kompania e institucionet t\u00eb mos marrin mbi vete asnj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

VKM nr.59 e ndryshimit t\u00eb kufijve dhe kund\u00ebrshtimi ligjor<\/b><\/span><\/p>

M\u00eb 26 janar t\u00eb vitit t\u00eb shkuar, K\u00ebshilli i Ministrave me vendimin e tij nr.59 ndryshoi kufijt\u00eb e nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb zonave t\u00eb mbrojtura n\u00eb vend. Nj\u00eb prej tyre, Parku Komb\u00ebtar Lur\u00eb-Mali i Dej\u00ebs, q\u00eb humbi disa pjes\u00eb t\u00eb tij q\u00eb i kishte mbi vete deri n\u00eb \u00e7astin e atij akti, m\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishmja: hap\u00ebsira n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ishte nd\u00ebrtuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb paligjshme HEC-i Zais.<\/span><\/p>

Nj\u00eb proces i pakonsultuar as me komunitetet e as me nj\u00ebsit\u00eb e qeverisjes vendore, verifikuar kjo p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb investigimi t\u00eb kryer nga redaksia jon\u00eb<\/a><\/span> dhe publikuar pak dit\u00eb m\u00eb pas marrjes s\u00eb vendimit.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

P\u00ebr Ademin, mos marrja parasysh e mendimit t\u00eb tyre p\u00ebrpos t\u00eb ekspert\u00ebve, si ruajt\u00ebs t\u00eb Parkut, e b\u00ebn k\u00ebt\u00eb ndryshim kufijsh krejt\u00ebsisht t\u00eb bazuar n\u00eb interesa personal\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>

Me \u00e7\u2019t\u00eb drejt\u00eb e heqin k\u00ebt\u00eb vend, k\u00ebt\u00eb mrekulli nga zona e mbrojtur. Organizatat e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile q\u00eb kan\u00eb n\u00eb fokus \u00e7\u00ebshtjet mjedisore jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb bashk\u00eb dhe ia kan\u00eb dale t\u00eb iniciojn\u00eb nj\u00eb betej\u00eb ligjore kund\u00ebr VKMs\u00eb nr.59 dhe asaj nr.60 q\u00eb ndryshon kufijt\u00eb e parqeve natyrore. M\u00eb 21 shkurt \u00ebsht\u00eb mbajtuar seanca e par\u00eb n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn e Apelit n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb lidhur me kund\u00ebrshtimin e k\u00ebtyre akteve administrative.<\/span><\/p>
