N\u00eb seanc\u00ebn gjyq\u00ebsore t\u00eb dit\u00ebs s\u00eb sotme ishte parashikuar t\u00eb diskutohej mbi nj\u00eb akt ekspertimi shtes\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin do t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktohej se sa \u00ebsht\u00eb dend\u00ebsia reale e pem\u00ebve n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqen e \u201cPlepave t\u00eb Bruk\u00ebs\u201d. N\u00eb seanc\u00ebn e dat\u00ebs 6 korrik,<\/a> gjykat\u00ebsi i k\u00ebrkoi ekspert\u00ebve t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb num\u00ebrimin fizik dhe real t\u00eb pem\u00ebve dhe nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktonin se cilat ishin pjes\u00ebt me dend\u00ebsin\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb pron\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>

\u201cEkspert\u00ebt e kishin si detyr\u00eb nga Gjykata ta dor\u00ebzonin aktin m\u00eb dat\u00eb 26 korrik, ne ta t\u00ebrhiqnim p\u00ebr analizim dhe sot t\u00eb diskutohej. Ata nuk e soll\u00ebn as sot aktin e ekspertimit p\u00ebr arsye se v\u00ebzhgimi n\u00eb terren \u00ebsht\u00eb kryer vet\u00ebm para pak dit\u00ebsh, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin kemi qen\u00eb bashk\u00eb me banor\u00ebt prezent\u00eb.\u201d- u shpreh Dorina Nreka, avokate e pal\u00ebs padit\u00ebse, banor\u00ebve t\u00eb Laknasit, pasi doli nga seanca.<\/span>
